Unable to play pvz gw2

I play on the ps4 and i try to access anything with the floaty icons and they pop up with "Oh No!" And a message will pop up. For example i try the garage and it says "The garage door appears to move of its own accord, approaching it makes you feel uneasy. Best to turn back now and try later." This was even happening in the beta for me and it was never solved. Can you please help me ive tried redownloading the game and it hasnt worked.

    On the beta it was there as a teaser, not ready for you guys to see yet.

    If its not working now, are you:

    - connected to the internet

    - Have PS+ (For multiplayer modes)

    Is everything saving properly? Go to the little globe in the backyard and thats World Options, you should see a taco on the bottom of the screen which shows saving.

    How about going into the change room etc?

    Im connected to the internet and i just bought a years worth of psn like 2 weeks ago. The globe says oh no. World options is currently offline. Maybe someone tripped over the power cord? Try again later. And i have seen the taco on the bottom right before

    The same exact thing is happening to me. i cant even go to the change room.

    Same here . Ive tried everything. The others that post this question never get a solution. Iveturned off both modem and ps4. Rebuilt database. Opened  ports, and reinstalled the game 4 times. Didnt do anything.

    Any suggestions? I just tried deleting the game and all of my saves from ps4 and online but still nothing different. Really would like to play this game.

    I talked to someone from EA and they had to escalate our case so if i get a response ill let you guys know.

    When will this ever get fixed? I just have a bricked copy of a game that i cant even refund...
