I'm dealing with two different problems here and I'll explain them both:
1. Saved data can't be retrieved.
I'm positive this problem has appeared before but nothing I've tried has worked and all other threads talking about this issue has been helpful.
As you can see from the image, my saved data cannot be retrieved. This has never happened to me before and no matter what I did, the issue was not fixed. I did try to play without having saved data (luckily it doesn't delete all your saved stuff, it just takes off customizations for each character) and it worked for a little while until I lost connection with the EA servers (more on that below). I've heard of people having this problem before, but these other cases I've heard from were either on other platforms or from over two years ago at the most recent. I haven't found a solution and I'm hoping I'll get some help here. Then there's my other problem with this game:
2. Random connection issues.
Every so often, ranging from between every five minutes to sometimes over two hours, I'll lose connection to the EA servers, and sometimes they take a minute or two to reconnect as it says that they're "unable to connect at this time, please try again later" or something along those lines. Sometimes i'll even lose entire internet access for a minute or two. What's weird is that the problem is always solved on its own. If Windows Diagnostics can't fix the problem on its own, it gets fixed really quickly anyways and everything goes back to normal. It could be because of my Ethernet, but I'm not too sure, because this ONLY happens when I try to play PvZ GW 2. Literally no other game or thing I do on my computer ever does something like this.
Sorry about including two problems in one report, but I remembered the second one while I was typing out the first part and thought I should include. Hopefully this can be sorted out somehow. I don't want to lose data and constantly be kicked from servers. Thank you in advance.
