Unable to retrieve save data in PVZ GW2 PC

I'm unable to retrieve my save data in PVZ GW2 on the PC. When I launch the game, it tells me it cannot retrieve the save and if I'd like to play without saving. I have tried deleting my Origin cache...

(Sorry for the google translation) The same thing is happening to me, I have had this game for years and it is not the first time that this happens. This problem was fixed on all occasions, some time later. Don't worry, your data and progress will remain intact when the problem is solved.

    @EA_Kent Can you please also educate tech support agents to either escalate to you or give them better debug tools? Right now they are absolutely clueless when the problem is on the server side.
