Well, the problem for me with alien flower in multiplayer is that I'm not good enough at aiming to be able to get to that group of human zombie players before they start in on me.
@pandareno1999 I've heard you mention the aim game a few times before. If I may....someday my aim is just completely off. When that happens I turn my aim speed up really high beyond what I can handle. I usually spend most of the game laughing at myself. But after a few games I turn it back down to what I'm comfortable with for the class I'm using. Give it a try if you haven't, it might help. Also I've noticed when I'm in a party my aim is on point because I'm not thinking about it. Aim assist can be your friend, but it becomes a crutch if you use it all the time. Hope this helps. As for the post, agreed with hockey star and alien flower. Not so much with swamp thing. Mechanic, you rarely see him even when he's part of the showcase.
- Man I love the mechanic, his dps is fantastic. The only reason to not like him, is if your aim isn't good.
Another underrated variant I've recently come to like has been the astronaut. Mainly because I managed to get all the boasts with him, which is the very first time I've done so in my thousands of hours play time. I don't know why I ever disliked him.- @SkrimmyBingdus Congrats! There are few and far between for myself. Mainly the first strike. I like for the rest of the team to get ahead of me a little bit.
I think the issue some have with the Mechanic is that he lacks the splash damage of the other engineers, he's almost like the foot soldier in a way with his rapid fire gun. I love him for the A+ on the shooting gallery quest for the engineers.
I quite like the astronaut too although most of my play time with him has been form running the Spooky Squash Boss Hunt. His range is invaluable on that mode and I find shorter ranged scientists less useful on the harder difficulties of that boss hunt even if my favorite scientist has always been the marine biologist. I also like the astronaut for the A+ shooting gallery quest since he has good range and fast projectile speed.
- Huge fan of the centurion. Never see anyone using him but he's been my anchor anytime I want to mess around.
Centurion is another fun one for sure. I like his look and the fire damage is handy too. I used him a lot in GW1 when he was first introduced. I don't use him as much in GW2 but still enjoy playing him.
