Unexpected game logic
This is an attempt to compile a list of unexpected behavior in the game that goes against the design. 1. Imitator does not correctly copy the stats of the Reincarnation Card. Instead it will copy th...
In most circumstances, situations where players don't get the results they were expecting comes down to them inferring meaning that doesn't exist within the wording of the cards effect. They're simply assuming a trait that isn't there.
But you're right, the wording says "transform into a copy of *that plant*," not "that plant type." It should transfer stats.
Out of curiosity, have you tried with potted powerhouse?
I'll pass this off to our community manager to give to the absent members of the Dev team. Likely, nothing will happen, sadly; but they could either a) fix the effect it b) reword the description.
This one bugs me:
You Shrink Ray a Poison Mushroom. Attack goes to 0. You play in front of the Poison Mushroom. The plant player removes your Zombie.
What should the power of Poison Mushroom be? I think 0, as though the Zombie has never been played. But *I guess* because attack can’t go negative, it becomes 2 (Anti-Hero). Is this intentional or a glitch? If we reason its base attack can’t go negative, maybe it should have always been 2 (when unopposed) and never have dropped to zero in the first place. If we reason it can, Banana Peel shouldn’t suddenly become a buff trick. Right??
Makes 0 sense.
(That’s my 2 sense.)
