I cannot believe popcap is now considering going back on their word to make the unicorn chomper available for GW2 players when they explicitly said that the ONLY way to unlock it was to get to 313 in GW1. I wasn't 313 when they made the announcement and I had to go and work very hard despite having commitments to get to 313. If they simply give it to players of GW2 its a kick in the face to all the players who worked hard to earn it. To all those players winging about not having it you know where to go. Stop being lazy and go an earn it like the rest of us did.Remember this is supposed to be a PLAYER LOYALTY REWARD!!!After all some people have spent real world money to buy packs to unlock skip stars to get this reward. Just the thought of them doing this is completely unfair.

I want someone to give me one solid excuse as to why the Unicorn Chomper should be released any other way besides the ones below. "I want to be able to max my rank in GW2" If you didn't max your rank in GW1, you can't talk about maxing your rank in GW2 which requires ten times more of an effort. "I will sue POPCAP for selling me an incomplete game" Good luck with that. "New players want it too and don't want to buy the first game" Its a loyalty reward. Not a new customer gift package or coffee mug.

Only logical thing to give the unicorn chomper if you are maxed out in PVZGW 2. Its not really fair if you cannot get to a higher rank but that should be the only way to get it because you gone through all good and bad characters which makes you a loyal player. Max rank (not including special character additional ranks) should give you the unicorn chomper since its harder than getting to level 313 in the first game.

seriously WTH popcap??? that's like a middle finger to all those that play so hard to rank 313 in GW1.

If you didn't max your rank in GW1, you can't talk about maxing your rank in GW2 which requires ten times more of an effort.

It was just something nice pop cap decided to add on as a little reward but because they used the word "loyalty" now everyone has become self entitled brats with swelled heads. If you reach 313 you're not some chosen one or some savior of pop cap , you're just a player who played their game a lot.

Playing it should have been reward enough but if that's not enough demand they give you some sort of special hat that says 313 on it and stomp your feet.

Locking out characters and forcing people to play other games is just stupid.

Imagine if other game companies did this , imagine if you had to play all the mortal combats to unlock a certain character or had buy several Ea games to get a character unlock , most people would be outraged at that.

I'm not saying they should give it away without any effort but locking a character behind an older game no one wants to play any more was really a bad decision and I think it's perfectly fair to allow GW2 players to earn it too.
