We are aware of a stats-reset issue that recently came up affecting numerous players.
As of Feb 20, 2024 3:30PM PT, all those affected by this stat-reset error should have their stats restored.
If your stats are not restored, please reply to this thread so we can investigate your particular case.

i am having a very similar problem today, had my account blitzed by someone who got salty cause he was aimbotting and got the whole lobby after him, then mine and my friend's account kept getting rux packs added none-stop, and then our games crashed, when we restarted it kept repeating "lost connection to ea servers, wont be able to access online until you reconnect". Im upset because ive only just got this game again like last week, so this being my first chance to play on pc and having my account presumably hacked hurts a lot
