I reached out on this one and spoke to a few people to see if we could get this issue looked into again. As it has been roughly two months since the initial issue was reported, we need to gather the following information from you even if it has been reported on the thread prior.
The sooner we have this info the sooner we send it to the right team(s) for review and get updates on it.

It's like the giga gargantuar (most cheaters use Kits_GigaGargantuar's bug to crash lobby) fully destroyed Neighborville at about
28/03/2024 UTC+8 (dd/mm/yyyy), and the police finally arrived two and a half months later to try vanquish the zombies and demanding every resident to provide EA App Error Report ID and hard drive type, claiming that's very important to solve the case.
When at least 3,000 players is affected, it's blatantly obvious that the issue lies with the server, not with the players' computers. This repeated questioning of our system informations is just absurd.
