Hey, folks
I am trying to get this escalated as quickly as I can. In order to do so, we need the info requested on the previous page. Simply replying "me too" or something similar does not provide the team with the information they need.
Without this information, the issue does not get looked into as quickly as we need it to. I understand it is frustrating and we all want to play, but we need the info requested ASAP!

DAY 3 TO KEEP THIS TICKET ALIVE
When 7 of residents respond by simply saying, "We've been invaded too," the police insist that without knowing EA App Error Report ID and hard drive type, they can't escalate the case to the team. What a sadly team, but it's even sadder that there are still residents who say "me too".

@pvz2023 Because I did say them in April when it was first escalated and then no contacts for almost 2 moths. Now it has to be escalated back up to have reviewed.

Wow, this is absolutely thrilling news! I can almost hear the collective sigh of relief from the entire community. "The issue has been sent up to the right teams for review." Let those words sink in. It's like a magical incantation that maybe promises better days ahead.
In life, if "The issue has been sent up to the right teams for review." appears, we have to consider the fact that it has appeared. We all know that as long as it makes sense, it must be carefully considered. We have to face a very embarrassing fact, that is, I think, Zig Ziglar once said that if you can dream it, you can achieve it. This seems to answer my doubts. For me personally, "The issue has been sent up to the right teams for review." is not only a major event, but may also change my life. Rubakin once said that reading is to build up one's own thoughts with the help of other people's thoughts. This makes me think deeply. Seneca once mentioned that real life can only be achieved after a difficult and extraordinary struggle. This seems to answer my doubts. So, what is the crux of the problem? Under this difficult choice, I thought about it and couldn't sleep or eat. What is the crux of the problem? From this point of view, Now, it is very, very important to solve the problem of "The issue has been sent up to the right teams for review.". So, it seems so.

I have the same issue to connecting to asian server ,and it has been two month that I play GW2 on Europe or East NA server and suffer from high ping.
Looking forward to the early resolution of this issue。

All of the newer examples have been sent up for review on the issue. I have not seen an update but they are aware.
These issues can be rough since there is no longer an official team. Others do have to jump in and take a look at the game, servers, etc!
Once there is an update we will let you know. You may just see an update before we have a chance to post.

Sorry I cant connect to the EA app today. So I couldn't launch the game and provide a new report. But it doesnt mean this issue has been solved

bruh all my replies were only about gw2 and you deleted most of my replies that have gw2 screenshot. Did you never download and check them? I try to enter the game and test it every day for new reports.
