[Updated 03/09] PC - GW/GW2 Not Working After Update

I got the patch and ran the game as usual,. my PC asked me if I wanted to give EA Anticheat permission, and I said yes, so the splash screen comes up and then goes away, but the game never starts.It ...

When i try to open my game it crashes and it says this:

C:\ProgramData\eaanticheat\Crashdumps\PACKER_4492843_6820.dmp
