Vamp. Sunflower Life Leech bug

I was playing against a team of all Sunflowers as an All-Star and a Vampire Sunflower vanquished me with its Life Leech. An AI teammate revived me, but as soon as I was revived I was instantly vanquished again by the same attack when the Vampire Sunflower was nowhere around. Maybe the last Leech strike did more damage than I had, and as soon as I was revived it finished dealing the remaining damage before I got all my health back?

Answer

The life leech returns a small portion of the damage they do to you to their health pool.

I would guess you were hit by something else and the sunflower just got the last hit on you a 2nd time. They do not hit hard enough to instantly kill you.

Unless of course something is bugged.

The video is certainly odd but it does appear the sunflower hit you with its beam briefly, there is also a very small window between getting rezzed and you resuming control where you could easily have been hit from an angle the camera didnt show.
