visual glitch for pc version of garden warfare, way to fix?

I had preloaded the pc version of Plants Versus Zombies Garden Warfare, and i can get to the menu just fine, but when i tried to view the characters or played a game, that's when the good things ende...

no due to the fact of me not knowing how....... do i just delete it from my files or do i go to origin and uninstall it there, and how do i "repair" the game?

please help

    When you're in Origin, and you right click on Garden Warfare, both of those options are in the list that comes up.
