I have the exact same problem as you do. I tried both re-installing and repairing, but sadly neither worked. I hope this glitch gets fixed soon. I am so disappointed.
Community AdminDo you have an image of the glitch? What graphics card do you use? Can you check for any updates that might be available, and check if these help.
We are having the same problem. I downloaded this for my kids and it is really disappointing that we cannot play the game.
Menu is fine, but when we try to play it is cloudy and not possible to actually play the game.

Looks like a Graphics Driver problem.
