visual glitch for pc version of garden warfare, way to fix?

I had preloaded the pc version of Plants Versus Zombies Garden Warfare, and i can get to the menu just fine, but when i tried to view the characters or played a game, that's when the good things ende...

Do you have an image of the glitch? What graphics card do you use? Can you check for any updates that might be available, and check if these help.

We are having the same problem. I downloaded this for my kids and it is really disappointing that we cannot play the game.

Menu is fine, but when we try to play it is cloudy and not possible to actually play the game.
