Im having the same problem. I have NVidea GT525m and what im getting is a stuttering vissual effect when loading the charecters and terrain. when i hit the customize button i get the same issue but it has blue items (as if its trying to load something and then unloading them) and nothing really else happens. the sticker shop worked fine and the main menu were fine.
EDIT** i canged my settings in video to 1600-900 resolution and changed the texture filtering to medium and antiallising to low seemed to fix the problem.
Stephious, i can't get my resolution over about 1360x720 how did you do that, and i also have Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 is that good it was already in my Pc when i got it.
