I'd say yes, everything that benefits chomper is welcomed
I don't see a need for more vanilla goop. The green super sticky one though could have 1 second taken away from the cooldown, as it already deals ridiculous low damage and people still abuse their mouse to get 180° turns (which needs a fix).

The turn speed when gooped should be hardcoded and not based on the persons mouse/thumbstick sensitivity. Even the easy ai turns ridiculously fast when gooped making gooping them in the first place kinda pointless. That is the only "buff" the chomper should get imo, everything else is perfectly fine beyond variant specific tweaks.
To those saying "well the super brainz this or that", just because one class is kinda op doesn't mean other classes should be buffed, just means that class could use some tweaks. The chomper overall is in a pretty good place right now.
I'm voting yes of course. The reason they provided for increasing the cooldown in the first place never made sense to me. I mean yeah its highly spammable, because the Chomper is one of the few variants in the game that is solely reliant on its abilities. Its not like a pea shooter or cactus that can get away with just their primary attack. Any veteran GW1 player who did a video on the Chomper will say in their video over and over how crucial and important the goop is for the Chomper. That is why it should have been left alone.

This I like. Very strong. The cheesy goop is good for low tier spray chompers like toxic and thing to up their DPS. If the put the goop in the upcoming patch, I'm going to explode.
