I had the same problem. Remove the commander S costume and removed the warp further upgrade. That fixed the problem for me. Thanks
@PiscesHeart1987Someone mentioned in another thread that they could not get warp to vanquish due to the costume their character was wearing. It was a bug obviously. So maybe revert to default outfit and see if that helps?
I also recall that there was a certain upgrade that stopped vanquishes counting too, so maybe remove any upgrades that are specific to scientist, see if that helps.
Edit: The thread I mentioned is https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/Why-is-quot-Warp-to-a-hero-vanquish-quot-so-difficult/td-p/8296805/highlight/true and the costume that was identified as bugging the quest was "Commander S". The "upgrade to further warp" was also called out.
