Warp to Hero Vanquish Not Working

I have tried countless of ways to get this to work, PvP and PvE, and nothing. I am posting a link of a clip in hopes someone can help me figure out what I'm doing wrong, or if its just a bug? It woul...

    I had the same problem. Remove the commander S costume and removed the warp further upgrade. That fixed the problem for me. Thanks
