I just tried to collect my week 4 gift from Rux as a zombie and the game wouldn't give it to me. I respawned, change to plants, and Rux gave me the prize.
Just a heads up in case anyone else runs into this issue.
Been having similar issues on PC since the very first time I logged in as well, on either side. Talk to Rux, he says he has something for me, don't get it, can either switch sides, log off and back on, or sometimes just talk to him again and get the founder's reward.
Same problems on Xbox. Finally got all 6 gifts today on profile #3.
PS4 here and yeah I only seem to have this issue while in a public session in Giddy Park, If I go private it works just fine.
