In what game mode did the bug occur? Everywhere
Summarize your bug Weekly challenge reset early. First quest (Win a Match) worked and then second quest (Vanquish a Boss) came up with the completed bug seen in daily challenges.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check Weekly Challenges and see what happens.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)

It reacts just like the daily quest stuck bug. Came up marked as completed and awarded nothing and refuses to leave. It's even worse with this because there is no way to try a re-roll.

Well this fixed itself today by the time I had logged in. I guess they reset properly when the weekly map changed.
