What buff does All Star need?
Other than his punt being worthless, I think All Star's shield's cooldown is way too long. It feels like it instantly breaks and meanwhile it's a 25 second cooldown... Like Jesus, that's so long.

The shield needs to be stronger, and the imp punt needs be a damage boost and a larger blast radius. I can't think of anything else.
