What buff does All Star need?
Other than his punt being worthless, I think All Star's shield's cooldown is way too long. It feels like it instantly breaks and meanwhile it's a 25 second cooldown... Like Jesus, that's so long.

I really like the changes in BfN, but he does need a little buff. The shield does crack a bit too fast, especially with that cooldown. I think they got his playstyle down pretty well, he just needs a bit of oomph.
