What buff does All Star need?
Other than his punt being worthless, I think All Star's shield's cooldown is way too long. It feels like it instantly breaks and meanwhile it's a 25 second cooldown... Like Jesus, that's so long.

I would say the TTK is too long on the primary. Perhaps they could speed up the rate of fire. Who knows though, maybe I am not even hitting the targets. lol
