What Determines Certain Boasts?
I’ve wondered this forever. Why do certain awards go to people with lower scores who tie for the given attribute? What determines who gets boasts when a tie between two or more players exists?

@spIash_damage I think if there is a tie, then it goes to the person who got to the number first.
I originally thought it was who got the highest score along with the boat, but that obviously was not it.

I think this is wrong but not sure. I think I saw an instance tonight where I came back to tie a guy the last round and still received the awards. I’ll check the footage tomorrow; just finished a marathon in BA and too tired to look.
@asabaida I’m the fun one to play with, not him... but cross play would be great. If it makes you and @ToastedSarnie feel better, I played with @GraveledStoopid ‘s wife this evening and found out she was the one I mentioned here that danced with me. Even crazier, we were looking for a 4th to BA with us with a young noob and @dwooten77 was all like, “My one friend is online, do you want me to invite her?” .... when he told me her name I was like, “How do you know her, that’s my friend.” He told me he knew her from TT so we invited her till she joined for a game or two. GOOD FUN! Get this (yes, it gets even better).... After dwooten left (cause he plays for like 20 minutes and leaves), I met a new friend named BlackCat. They had a mic but wouldn’t talk so I told them I would pretend they were my female friend from the UK.
I went from 800 something PvP kills on Saturday to 1800 tonight.... lol.... loving BA with or without team swap fixed. 😍

Sounds like a fun time - I've only tried BA once & didn't enjoy it but I think it's probably best in a group of players you know tbh.
I'm mainly stuck in Ops, grinding my son's prize map for him atm (again!) 😖🤣Boasts are awarded when someone achieves the most of something, like vanquishes and revives (I'm always achieving the Revive Master boast - come on people, step your game up).
But sometimes specific boasts don't get awarded at all at the end of a match, such as Vanquish Streak, why I wonder? 🤔
The way it might work with boasts is, if there's a tie, the boast/s do not go to anyone! 🤔
@TheSprinter85 It’s different for every mode but ties are awarded to one player for most vanquishes and objective-based awards in every mode.
