What happened to the game?

Spent the last week away from the game and tried playing this game today. It is obvious that apart of the obvious advantage zombies have already, the game is heavily favored of zombies even in random team vanquish. The alarming issue I have with this is that not more than a month ago sunflower and snap dragon were dominating games. The game changes from week to week, not even allowing for enough game time to allow players to adjust to changes made before changing them again. It obvious, no one wants to play plants because they are broken for the week or whatever. Even with the game as broken as it is, leave it alone for enough time to get informed opinions for game quality. It seems like a crap shoot at the current stage, extreme changes and quality of gameplay adjustments weekly. 

Sunflower is trash now. I don’t know why every time the change a character, it effects the hit miss rate. More hit misses on the entire plant side, with the higher rate of fire characters most notably effected.

    @Gormey Yeah I feel like I'm missing something here. Sunflower still has excellent utility, mobility, damage, and self-sustain.

    Station needs to be adjusted for sure. The latest nerf to the shields was a great step in the right direction, but there needs to be some kind of cooldown or other penalty on the transformation to and from the station as it's still superior to Oak, especially with riders. A lot of people are still unlocking and leveling their wizards so they are trying to get zombies a lot which isn't helping things much. We need that new plant sooner rather than later. 

    I haven't seen any issues with Sunflower's hit rate but judging on past posts and videos, it always seems worse on console than PC in this game. Melee is still not registering hits properly often enough to be very noticeable but ranged not so much on PC. GW2 had a lot of hit registration problems even just last week for example, but not as often as I've seen it in BfN. It really needs to be one of the highest priorities to fix.

    @GraveledStoopid Sunflower seems alright still. Her weapon seems to work fine but I could play her a little more. Seems like Sunflowers are still pretty annoying; saving their allies, trying to kill a SSU sunflower, which tells me she is still effective.

    @spIash_damage yes, I had top kill streak and vanquisher with her in full europe tv game at lunch but I'm talking about her healing rate when I say op. Literally impossible to kill players she's healing.

    @Gormey  Try to get kills with her now.  Her healing should be nerfed when flower-to-flower healing is active but everything else was fine.  Now, she’s next to useless in most scenarios. 

    To be clear, this wouldn’t bother me, if Plants and Zombies were balanced properly but as it stands, Sunflower has become a lost cause.
