What is going on with the reduced XP !?

Have you guys seen reduced XP in gameplay today?   I only get 175 for a vanquish now instead of 200.  Everything else seems to be reduced as well???

    Look at the multiplier over your XP bar. You get only 100 XP per kill, but you can get a 1,25; 1,5; 1.75xor 2 multiplier for your XP. You get a higher multiplier by completing quests. If you don't log in for 36 hours, it'll be reduced by 0,25.

    Thanks Man !   Ive had the 2x multiplier for so long it never even occurred to me !  CLEARLY Im not playing enough !
