what packs contain new abilities to unlock for character classes

ok ive bought several packs of the 35k 15k and 7.5k veraity after finally unlocking all characters but aside from the ultra tackle i got awhile back when i first started playing and hadnt unlocked ev...

    I've gotten them out of all 3 35K packs.  I don't know about the lower packs.  Maybe others can comment on those packs.

well as long as i know that they come from the 35k packs at least then ill just stick to those lol

    In over 1100 levels (assuming many millions of coins), I've gotten only 1 new ability...  The drop rate is astoundingly low.
