What's considered a critical vanquish?

I thought it was that you get the last hit on an enemy?  Or is it something more?   I use critical blow and some times the cool down for the abilities don't decrease.

    @mikepal19My understanding of a critical vanquish is a finishing headshot - I could be wrong about how it is currently though.

From my understanding, you get a critical vanquish if you get a direct vanquish on an opponent, and the final blow is a critical hit. Characters such as Peashooter, Chomper, Engineer and Super Brainz deal critical hits more often so it may be worth equipping Critical Blow on those characters.

      @mikepal19 Yeah, I think so many of the character upgrade costs could do with reviewing considering the amount of changes since they were first set up.
