Right now Deadboard,Scientist and all-star are the best by proxy of being counter to rose right now. But to be fair every zombie class is good expect for maybe imp.
Obviously it requires unlocking and getting good with it but I find even with Rose's huge advantage a Camo Ranger in cover can do well if you are a good shot.
