Who was the mastermind behind VOIP enabld on PC

Seriousl, whoever made this decison must be missing half of their brain. This is PC, we require, need, want, demand Push to talk, or at least the option to disable VOIP completely, instead of the rat...

It really is beyond stupid how they let this out with voice chat in this condition.  I now know for a fact that these people ported this thing and threw it on a server for downlaod without running it one time.  Ever.  Bravo EA.
