Why can't I get Nec' rose from Frontline Fighters pack?

It was really easy to get captain squak from FLF pack but I seem to not be able to get Nec' rose. However there is a sticker of Nec' rose in Rux's shop, does that mean anything? And please don't suggest getting it in Phenomenal Character packs because I don't have it anymore.

    I occasionally check Rux on my daughter's and wife's accounts, the former having quite a few characters and the latter having pretty much just the defaults.  They are usually offered some sort of character sticker.  This time around my daughter is being offered a Toxic Brainz sticker and I forget which character my wife was offered a piece of but I think it was a standard super rare.  Every now and then Rux offers a frontline fighter sticker, but I wouldn't count on it being consistent by any means.

    As I said, if one has a goal of eventually owning nec'rose, or any other DLC (e.g. toxic citron) or legendary variant, then a character sticker from Rux is a bargain compared to the number of sticker packs one must buy to get the sticker.

    In the past, they used to round robin the character pieces, 1st is pirates, 2nd nec rose, 3rd, pirates,...and so on.

    Now, they changed it, so it tends to complete one character first then got send character. I think it's around 2 -3 million coins to unlock each of them from front line character packs (50K each).

    If you want necrose, the 75K-150K(?) sticker is definitely worth it.  It wasn't that hard for me to get either character either, but overall it definitely cost more than that.  Or you can try buying three FF packs and try your luck, you'll probably be looking for the customizations at some point anyway.

    will rux be selling nec'rose sticker every time he comes?

    Rux is total disappointment in the last 5 months so don't expect too much.

    If not mistaken, he only sold it once or twice then never again.
