Why cant my friend accept my battle requests in pvz heroes?

This game is torturing me! I'm sending battle requests from my Samsung to my sisters Samsung in PvZ heroes. But when she accepts my screen just does nothing and my sister gets kicked out of matchmaki...

        Oh. That's what the file was for. o-o' sorry. No. My screen doesn't register when she accepts or declines. And my screen will outright ignore requests sent by her! It's really annoying. And I'll start putting in proper files on my next reply, sorry 😅
