Community Manager@bdrp0eqjgt1i I feel you on it being annoying. Its been a while since I played heroes but I do play a lot of co-op games so I get it. I'm checking to see if there are any issues because I rarely see these invites have issues.
Can I ask if both of you are linked to an account, or are either of the games underage or anonymous accounts?
We aren't linked to the same account and we both lied about our age, but if 13 is still too young I might be doomed but it also might be anonymous accounts i have connected both accounts to google play. I've got a majorly good setup for neptuna on there. And im Tryna get to diamond league, so I really don't want to leave that account [I can't get a screenshot depicting the problem, even if I could it would just be the screen you get when waiting for your buddy to accept. While my sister gets the "match can't be found" screen]
Community Manager@bdrp0eqjgt1i If you are connected to Google Play then the account would not be anonymous. It would be a linked account. The age thing though can prevent you because it's still technically an online game. I understand you don't want to lose progress for sure. That does make it more difficult though with that info being the case.
I'll do more digging and ask but the steps to get that working will be quite limited.
