Why do we have the same All-Star with three different skins?

The diversity among All-Stars is seriously low. I know that a minigun doesn't have to many ways to be unique, but with the AAll-Star, their is a big lack of variety. Why do we have the same All-Star ...

For scientist I wasn't expecting physisist, I thought it would be marine,chemist, and zoologist since one is rapid fire the other is close range and the last is both.

    As for all star something different and new is lacking a little, like moto x was nice for something new. Perhaps a billiard star that shoots pool balls and the number of each pool ball is the damage emitted. It is random what ball flies out.
