I think it's this:
Laptop nVidia - Using Intel HD Graphics instead of dedicated GPU :
http://imgur.com/a/6KJBH#87BGUaE (Replace BF with PvZ)
nVidia Control Panel -> 3D Settings -> Program Settings -> Add Program (PvZ) -> High Performance Processor----
Also update your drivers.
nVidia Drivers :

us Intel Drivers : (only if your computer has Optimus switchable graphics... I think it does but no clue)

Thank you! I recently updated my driver but I'll try changing 3D setting!
My GPU really is 630M and I'm a girl, that's why I'm not really good at this thing haha Sorry.

The females of the human species are in no wise less capable of learning about PCs than their male counterparts are -- PCs are really a Unisex type device. Anyone can be good with them! Your only real problem is one of not spending enough when b uying the computer. The GT 630 video card is specifically for people who watch a lot of streaming video, which requires a much less speedy graphics device than game playing does. The minimim laptop Geforce, IMO, is the GTX 650m. You can get by with a GT 645m, but I feel that even the GT 640m is too slow and lacking in performance.

The minimum requirements for PvZ GW is either an Nvidia 8800GT or an AMD Radeon HD 5750. Your Nvdia Geforce GT 630M 2GB is a bit slower than those cards. All in all, the game runs bad because your graphics card is struggling.

True ^
But I think it can play it no problem. I mean heck I play it in hotels on a HD4000... it's not good but it's "almost playable" lol
Freaking 8000 series is 8 years old... I quit trying to even wrap my head around comparing to it anymore.
I use the mobile HD4000 as the "line" now.
I have a strong bet his laptop is using the HD3000 not the 630m
