I've been wondering. Does RUX pull the same nonsense that packs do, reducing new items as you get closer to completion? I'm trying to realistically calculate how long it would take to complete the CP rewards.
The stated purpose for the entire existence for Rux is to offer you the things you don't have yet, so I would expect that, much like the Phenomenal Character Pack and the Infinity Pack you'll continue to get new stuff without "filler" material until the items run out.
After that I suppose you'll either not be able to buy anything at all from him or maybe he'll just offer his exclusive Consumables forevermore.

One thing RUX hasn't been doing lately is offering the new Legendary items exclusive only through him; those new items came in the FLF update. If RUX has at least 2 of them when he visits again, that'll be a start to earning all RUX-only items in GW2.
