@CJackson5083 Yes, they do have "statistical tracking". But there might be players who talk about Foot Soldier being weak while them equipping "Leveling Up"

The way they did leveling multipliers in GW2 was great. You could just shoot some targets, and you had another multiplier level. Can we bring the quest board back?
