Why no replayable mission or any replayable value

Don't think of this game as a single player experience. The replay value of this game is rooted in the multiplayer aspects. You can replay this game every day for countless hours and always face new and interesting decks, as long as you're playing multiplayer. The single player content is there mainly so you can get a very good feel for the heroes and cards that you own, it's not the real aim of the game.
Because in pvz2 and PvZ gw2 is 100%replayable value in PvZ 2 I keep replay mission in ancient Egypt for fun
without boring actually I play pvz2 for 5year and gw2 100+hours
if heroes have single player replay mission will be cool
