Nightcap is so easy to play for me, I've stopped playing him as I don't see him as a challenge. Using Pineclone is about maximizing troops on the ground before playing and often that involves at least one Mushroom Grotto.
Z-Mech is an above average hero to me, but is not the best. I use a Sports deck for him. I'd guess I have a ~70% winrate with him. I definitely lose, but am winning more often than not.
If you are having issues with your 10X heroes and still climbing to UL, then play the 10X in Casual mode and then rank up in Ranked mode with a hero of your choosing.
