why did you put the rugby star but not the wrestling star? The rugby star has good accuracy, splash damage, and high damage. The only thing the wrestling star has is a better overheat.

Wrestling Star may not fire explosive shots like Rugby does, and his long range is terrible, but the guy has a lot going for him.
He (like Rugby) fires very fast projectiles, making him somewhat decent for destroying drones.
Unlike Rugby, however, he is capable of more damage than almost any other All-Star at close to point blank range, dealing up to a massive 15 (18 with criticals and one more with damage upgrade equipped) damage per hit.
This potential high damage output is why he's not on this list over Rugby, who doesn't put out nearly as much damage up close.
