It says can't connect to EA servers at this time I need help now. What am I doing wrong

Would that also mean unlocked items can be missing from your selection list? IE: I no longer show having the burrito face for my engineer as well as all stunner pack items.
You should still have all the customisation items you had before the server error. But, at present they cannot be equipped & saved.
