Xbox 360 to Xbox One Plants VS Zombies

So I had PVZ for xbox 360 and had really high stats, I just bought it for Xbox One and all of my stats for that game didn't transfer over. How can I transfer my game info over?

    Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer stats from one console to another, therefore you will have to start from scratch.
