Xbox EA login unavailable at this time.

Question

HiWe have just bought the game for XboxOne and when I try to log into EA games with my account it says that it is unable to log in at this time. ID and password are all correct. Do you need Xbox Live to do this? Or is there another issue?Thanks.&nbsp;

You need an Xbox Live account to do this, and you will most likely need Xbox Live Gold as well. It does depend on what you are attempting to do exactly, but most features require Xbox Live Gold.
