@ZenMother Same here, no support from EA and this is 100% their issue, I can play any other game (including EA games Madden online). Going back to the store to take this back!!
@Cookeg I would check your router settings. Depending on your WIFI router it could be blocking the update. Not sure why but my router was doing this, a Gryphon WIFI router. If you a combo router I would contact your ISP.
I didnt have to open any ports or change any settings once I reconfigured my router. Hope this helps.
