xbox one pvz gw won't load
installed update on 8-13-2014 and then the sytem automatically wanted to reinstall the game. now when i try to launch it, nothing, the system chimes but nothing else happens. i have reinstalled 4 times now and turned the system off and on at least a dozen times. all other xbox one games load without issue. the plants vs zombie garden warfare is fun and worked fine before the update. is there another update coming or do i have to get rid of the game? any suggestions?
Clear Cache?
Power cycle your console. Here’s how:
On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.
