[Xbox] PvZ GW2 Crashing After Launch

Community Manager@FelixLovesPete All good. When it crashes, is there any error?
Does it crash to the main menu, or to the dashboard?
@EA_Shepard nope. When it crashes the screen just freezes and the music will stop after a couple more seconds. It doesn’t crash onto the main menu or the Xbox main menu it just freezes and it will never unfreeze unless I quit the game and restart.

@EA_Shepard i play on Xbox series x! I just got it.a couple days ago. It’s brand new.
@EA_Shepard hey! I just tried to delete the save data to see if that was the issue but nope. It eventually still froze. So I think it’s definitely a problem with the game. I tried troubleshooting. Still didn’t help solve the issue. Just wanted to let you know

@FelixLovesPete I appreciate it. Do you happen to have access to a different console, or another Xbox account (maybe a guest account) you can log in and test it with? There are issues with PC version, but have to keep those separate since the errors are different.
