I re downloaded Pvz gw2 and when I booted up the game it made play the tutorial as the sunflower and all my characters and coins and progress is gone. No idea how to fix this issue I restarted my console, down my cloud saved data still none that worked haven’t seen any answers that can fix this would appreciate some help on this because I have almost 70hrs in this game so losing all that is kinda gut wrenching.
The same happened to me after trying to move my Apex Legends progress from PS4 to PC which ended up resetting my entire EA account progress which applied to games I played like PVZ Gw1 and Gw2(Which both had hundreds of hours and dollars put into them), Star Wars Battlefront, Apex Legends and many more.
I'm hoping a mod will stop by to help because I don't want to lose my progress forever.
Community Manager@elithekingbear There have been other reports of the same. With the age of the game there isn't much of a way for us to restore it. There are steps you can try on your end to resync the data as long as the console has not been removed from the EA account before the progress was lost.
