Community Manager@skycaboose55 I am asking about it but bottom line this may be an issue that cannot be resolved as there isn't a way to fix one character like that.
Did you ever find a way to fix my account cause I still need that upgrade to come back and like I said before I wish I could just give you access to my account and change it from there, I could to continue leveling up Party Citron but seeings how an upgrade never gets unlocked twice I doubt that'll work but this issue still needs to get fixed somehow
