@siclehilde I play on the same platform (Xbox One) as you, I do see some cheating occur from time to time, but for me I find it very infrequently. For your questions,
1. You can use the following link, https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/Reporting-Cheating-or-Harassment-to-EA/m-p/8708604#M14343, to report players who are cheating, harassing you or similar reasons, if needed.
2. Possibly because the player base on Battle for Neighborville is increasing, therefore there would be more cheaters.
3. I don't know, if many players report cheating on this forum and on other sites, then the developers may look at trying to look at further steps to reduce cheating or patch certain cheats.
