Xbox Series X Crash On PVZ BFN
I love playing Battle for Neighborville, on Xbox so I decided to upgrade to the new Xbox Series X. I played the game for MAYBE five minutes and then ALL my sound was lost, and I have to restart my Xbox! Another problem is I also get kicked out of the game and it’s NOT my internet it’s another GLITCH!! I know MANY people who tried playing this game on Xbox series X have had these problems too. I understand that Pop Cap Vancouver doesn’t exist anymore, but Is there a way someone can go in and fix these issues? There has to be a way because they just recently went in and fixed rux on PVZ GW2 and they had to have SOMEONE REAL do that, not a bot!! I can’t even play the game anymore because it bugs out after 10 minutes and then if I restart my Xbox it does it again!!

Hey @Its_C_Pett If you haven't already can you try the following?
- Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
- Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart
- Persistent Storage
